Prospective Wedding Guests:
Weddings are a very special occasion and the Holiday Inn Grand Forks appreciates your interest in our facility for your wedding reception. Our staff will do everything to make your day memorable. Enclosed you will find our menus and policies regarding your wedding event.
The room rental fee is $600.00. We ask that you pay your room charge at the time of definite booking. This acts as a non-refundable security deposit. If you must cancel your event, we will not be able to refund your payment.
Included in your room charge:
- Table linens and a choice of linen napkin colors from available selections
- All tables and chairs set up to accommodate your groups size
- Dance floor and space for your DJ or entertainment
- Centerpieces and floating candles
- Decorated cake and guest book tables
- Decorated punch table with bowl and punch cups
- Bartenders and bar set up, one bar for groups under 200 – two bars for groups over 200
- Security
- Guest room group rates for your out of town guests
- Bride & Groom suite at half price for your wedding night
